Let's get your project moving.
Request an estimate or book a site visit. Jon reviews every request himself.
Request an estimate
Tell us about your property and what you need done. The more detail, the better the estimate.
Book a site visit
Some jobs need eyes on the ground before we talk numbers. Book a time for Jon to walk your property, look at the access, the slope, and the soil, and talk through what it'll take. No obligation, no pressure.
Ask for a visit in the estimate form. Online self-scheduling is coming with launch.
Call or send the form

Straight answers
Questions we get a lot.
Do you work on steep lots?
Steep is normal out here. Western North Carolina doesn't hand out flat ground for free, and that's most of what we grade: tight access, hard slopes, tricky lines. If a lot has a driveway to it, we can probably work it.
How much does grading cost?
It depends on the ground: slope, access, rock, how much dirt actually has to move. We won't guess at a number over the phone, because a guess isn't worth much to you. The on-site walk-through is free: Jon looks at your property and gives you a straight price before anything starts.
How soon can you start?
Depends on the job and what's already on the schedule. Ask when you request your estimate. Jon will give you a real date, not a runaround.
Are you insured?
Yes. Viking Grading Solutions LLC is fully insured. If you'd like proof of insurance for your records, just ask when we set up your site walk.
What areas do you serve?
Asheville, Canton, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Waynesville, Clyde, Candler, Leicester, Maggie Valley, Sylva, and up into Madison County. The mountain counties around Asheville and the lots in between. Not sure if you're in range? Ask. Chances are we've already worked near you.
Rather just talk it through?
Send the estimate form and you're talking to Jon, not a call center. A direct email line is on the way.
